We want you to feel confident working with us, so here is exactly how refunds and cancellations work for each service.
Registration services, LLC and LTD
- Government filing fees are not refundable once they have been submitted to the relevant authority.
- Our own service fee is refundable only if you cancel before we begin processing your application.
Store management and ongoing services
- Monthly and retainer services can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
- Fees already paid for the current billing cycle are not refundable, and no further charges apply once the cancellation takes effect.
Digital marketing and AI automation
- These run on the same retainer terms as store management. You can cancel with 30 days' written notice, and fees already paid for the current billing cycle are not refundable.
- Ad spend passed through to the platforms, such as Google Ads and Meta Ads, is not refundable once a campaign is live. That money goes to the platform rather than to us.
Web development, graphic design and ads creatives
- Deposits are not refundable once work has started, because they cover time and resources already allocated to you.
- If a project is cancelled part way through, you are responsible for the work completed up to that point.
3PL fulfilment
- Fulfilment and shipping fees are not refundable once an order has been processed or shipped.
- Warehousing fees already incurred are not refundable.
